Discover Self-Acupressure for "Yintang"

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the “Yintang” acupoint is a go-to for calming the mind.

I often use it in acupnucture sessions, and now, I’ll show you how to do self-acupressure at home.

Location

Find it right in the middle of our eyebrows (your third eye)

How to

Use your index finger to gently massage this point in a circular motion for 1~2 minutes

Benefits

– Calm your mind: it helps with insomnia, anxiety, and agitation

– Nasal relief: great for issues like nasal congestion, rhinitis, and sinus pain

– Relieve headaches: can ease frontal headaches

Mindfulness

You can also use this point during mindfulness meditation or relaxation exercises. Close your eyes, take slow, deep-breaths, and focus on Yintang. It’ll help you relax and release scalp tension.

Give it a try at home for a tranquil mind and overall well-being!
