Discover Self-Acupressure for "Yintang"
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the “Yintang” acupoint is a go-to for calming the mind.
I often use it in acupnucture sessions, and now, I’ll show you how to do self-acupressure at home.
Location
Find it right in the middle of our eyebrows (your third eye)
How to
Use your index finger to gently massage this point in a circular motion for 1~2 minutes
Benefits

– Nasal relief: great for issues like nasal congestion, rhinitis, and sinus pain
– Relieve headaches: can ease frontal headaches
Mindfulness
You can also use this point during mindfulness meditation or relaxation exercises. Close your eyes, take slow, deep-breaths, and focus on Yintang. It’ll help you relax and release scalp tension.
